With the bank holiday on Monday, it was only a 4-day week last week – but we were still as productive as ever at Craven Wildsmith!
We had a particularly busy week in Bawtry with a total 5 separate jobs. Specifically, we were instrumental in concluding 3 lettings, undertaking one valuation for acquisition purposes and preparing a land registry compliant plan.
We were also busy further across the region: undertaking 3 inspections in Scunthorpe, assisting a client with management issues in Glasshoughton near Castleford, completing valuations for the NHS and of a local Lidl store in Worksop, as well undertaking a valuation of a 9,000ft2 industrial unit and quoting for a valuation in Retford. Closer to home, we advised clients with a business rates issue in a multi-let office building and another client with a planning issue relating to a proposed art school. This just shows the length and breadth of work which we do at Craven Wildsmith when it comes to commercial and residential property!
Last week we additionally received instructions to sell a part-completed development of 12 flats and 2 shops, to let a warehouse, sell 3 houses for either investment or occupation and let a modern office near the airport – details of which will all follow this week.
Ultimately, we had a fantastic (albeit shorter) week at Craven Wildsmith last week.
