The current economic climate might have meant a slowdown in lending, but despite that, the number of enquiries from businesses and individuals in the area wanting to do commercial deals has remained constant. The number of client appointments leading to instructions for the brokerage was 38 cases in the year ended January 2009 compared to 39 in the year ended January 2010 and over a two year period FSB Finance for Business has completed over 30 deals for businesses in South and East Yorkshire.
