Having satisfied the rigorous requirements of the RICS prescribed training, Neal has been awarded an RICS expert witness certificate and is therefore now an RICS Registered Expert witness.

The requirements for the certification involved a demanding 26-hour course, even including a mock cross examination by a barrister!
