Neal Craven and Paul Wildsmith, have recently sold their interests in Barnsdales where they were both partners and have joined forces and launched an new business ‘Craven Wildsmith Property Consultants’.

Neal and Paul are drawing upon their combined experience in residential and commercial lettings, management, surveying and professional work to develop their business which will provide a full range of services to landlords and tenants.

Paul Wildsmith – Paul is a property management specialist with 15 years industry experience and also holds the prestigious RICS Diploma in Valuation Coatman Prize. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in residential lettings and property management and is the only accredited and qualified member of the Association of Professional inventory Providers (APIP)in the Doncaster area.

Neal Craven – Neal is a Chartered Surveyor with approaching 25 years industry experience. He holds a Masters Degree from Heroit Watt University Edinburgh and has a great deal of expertise in commercial agency, management  surveying and professional work..
